Impaling Charge. If the tarkatan moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a melee bladed fist attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or take an additional 15 (1d10 + 10) damage and become grappled by the tarkatan.

Wreckless Flight. The tarkatan can only fly in a straight line and cannot sustain flight for more than one turn. If the tarkatan would use its flight to move 30 feet or more, they must succeed a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw or become prone upon landing. Any creatures within 5 feet of the tarkatan's landing point must succeed a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw or take 12 (2d6 + 6) radiant damage and be pushed back 5 feet.

Brute. A melee weapon deals one extra die of its damage when the tarkatan hits with it (included in the attack).

Spike Protrusions. A creature that touches the tarkatan or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it takes 5 (2d4) piercing damage.

Blood Frenzy. The tarkatan has advantage on melee attack rolls against any creature that doesn't have all its hit points.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 6) piercing damage.

Radiant Blades. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (3d6 + 6) piercing damage plus 6 (2d6) radiant damage.

Hail of Spikes (Recharge 6). The tarkatan shoots a hail of spikes from its body in a 15-foot cone. Each creature within that area must succeed on a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or take 12 (4d6) slashing damage plus 6 (2d6) radiant damage.

BONUS ACTIONS

Radiant Spikes (2/Day). For one minute, the tarkatan's spike portrusions deal an additional 6 (2d6) radiant damage to any creature that touches the tarkatan or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it.

Aggressive. The tarkatan moves up to its speed toward a hostile creature that it can see.

REACTIONS

Feeding Frenzy. When a creature is reduced to 0 hit points, the tarkatan can move up to 20 feet directly towards it and make a bite attack against it.
