Medium humanoid, chaotic evil Armor Class 13 (natural armor)
Saving Throws Str +6 Slashing Leap. If the tarkatan moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a bladed fist attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or take 15 (1d10 + 10) slashing damage and be pushed 10 feet away from the tarkatan and be knocked prone. Brute. A melee weapon deals one extra die of its damage when the tarkatan hits with it (included in the attack). Spike Protrusions. A creature that touches the tarkatan or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it takes 5 (2d4) piercing damage. Blood Frenzy. The tarkatan has advantage on melee attack rolls against any creature that doesn't have all its hit points. ACTIONSBite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 6) piercing damage. Bladed Fists. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (3d6 + 6) piercing damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 13). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the tarkatan can't use its bladed fists on another target. Fling. One Medium or smaller creature grappled by the tarkatan is thrown up to 20 feet in a direction of the tarkatan's choosing and knocked prone. If a thrown target strikes a solid surface, the target takes 4 (1d8) bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet it was thrown. If the target is thrown at another creature, that creature must succeed on a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw or take the same damage and be knocked prone. BONUS ACTIONSAggressive. The tarkatan moves up to its speed toward a hostile creature that it can see. REACTIONSFeeding Frenzy. When a creature is reduced to 0 hit points, the tarkatan can move up to 20 feet directly towards it and make a bite attack against it. |
