Super Brain Hemorrhage
8th-level Necromancy
Casting time: 1 action
Range: 60 feet
Components: V, S, M (a small squishy pink globule filled with red liquid, popped as part of casting this spell)
Duration: Instantaneous

You point at a creature you can see within range and shout "Super brain hemorrhage!". The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 10d10 psychic damage as multiple blood vessels in their brain rupture. At the end of each of the target's turn while these blood vessels are ruptured, they must repeat the saving throw, taking 10d10 necrotic damage on a failure and only half as much on success. After three consecutive successes, the effect ends.

While the blood vessels are ruptured, roll a d100 to determine an additional effect on the target for the duration of the effect.

d100 Result
1-20 Nothing.
21-40 The target is blinded.
41-60 The target can't speak coherently and loses the ability to understand speech.
61-80 The target is stunned.
81-98 The target falls prone and begins seizing. While seizing, the target is incapacitated, can't speak or move, and takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage at the start of each of its turns.
99-100 The target falls unconscious.

The bleeding and effect can be ended early by use of magic such as greater restoration, heal, and regenerate. Creatures unable to bleed and otherwise without a brain such as undead, constructs, and plants are unaffected by this spell.
