Saving Throw:	Fortitude negates
Spell Resistance:	Yes

Bestows a -2 penalty to most physical actions by targeting the muscles of the target.

This spell warps the muscles and sinews of the target, interfering with their physical actions. While the spell remains in effect, the target receives a -2 circumstance penalty to all attack rolls, skill checks, and ability checks.

Arcana

This spell can only be cast using the 2 of Pentacles as a focus.
