Stool of Comfort (5e Equipment)

Wondrous item, uncommon (minor) This cushioned folding stool is prized by traveling merchants and weary adventurers alike. The stool has 4 charges, and regains all expended charges at dawn. When a creature uses this stool during a short rest, it has the following choices... For 1 charge, a creature can choose to roll one hit die twice, and take the higher of the two rolls to recover HP. For 2 charges, a creature can use the maximum roll on one hit die to recover HP. For 4 charges, the a willing creature can cure one condition or one disease afflicting it as written by the lesser restoration spell, or remove one level of exhaustion. Once the stool has been used in this way, it loses all of its magical properties permanently and becomes a normal piece of furniture.
