Wondrous Item (Orb), legendary A strange orb the size of an average eye. This orb has three forms: Stolen Wrath, the physical aspect, Burdened Force, the magical aspect, and Steel Gaze, the knowledge aspect. The Stolen Wrath variant can only be obtained by killing the last person to hold one of the orb's other forms: As the orb bonds to its owner, this form is taken out of grief and rage. Physical Appearance. The orb resembles a tan and dark brown marble sphere that seems to have purple, crystallized teeth in a wide mouth-like gap on the orb's face. Begrudging Aid. While the wielder is within 5 ft. of the orb, they have a bonus to all Strength and Dexterity saving throws and ability checks equal to +8. Cursed. As long as the orb is in its wielder's possession, the target cannot use any spells or magical abilities (not including items or this orb), as the orb blocks all attempts to use magic in defiance. In addition, they have a -5 to all Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma checks and saves. |
