Prerequisites: None
As a Bonus Action for 2 Soul Power and 4 Magicules, you can target a creature within 5 feet of you. The target must make a Dexterity Saving Throw against your save DC. On a failure, they are restrained for up to 1 minute. The restrained creature can attempt a Strength Saving Throw at the start of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. Alternatively, another creature within 5 feet of the restrained creature can use an Action to make a Strength check against your save DC. On a success, the restrained effect also ends.
When using [Telepathy], you may instead target a creature within 30 feet. The target must make a Dexterity Saving Throw, following the same rules as the base ability.
Additionally, as a Bonus Action for 2 Soul Power and 4 Magicules, you can create a circle with a 5 foot radius within 5 feet. Once set, it becomes difficult to spot. For a creature to see the thread, they would need a successful Wisdom (Perception) against your save DC.
When a Small or larger creature moves into the set area, they must make a Dexterity Saving Throw with disadvantage against your save DC. On a failure, they are restrained for up to 1 minute. The restrained creature can attempt a Strength Saving Throw at the start of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. Alternatively, another creature within 5 feet of the restrained creature can use an Action to make a Strength check against your save DC. On a success, the restrained effect also ends.
