Prerequisites: None
Telepathy allows two people to have a conversation with their thoughts through the exchange of Magicules. As a Free Action for 1 Soul Power and 1 Magicules, you are able to communicate with one other creature as long as they're in the same plane of existence as if using the telepathy spell. Each message sent will cost 1 additional Magicule after the initial connection.
