Spinewhip of Drowning (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Weapon (whip), uncommon (+1), rare (+2), very rare (+3) (requires attunement by a creature of evil alignment) The uncommon whip was created out of the spines of drowned humanoids of various sizes. A Warlock, who was in the debt and service of Dagon, the Demon prince of the Sea, harvested the spines and crafted it in a dark Ritual. This Boon was granted to him to enable him to drown new sacrifices wherever he was. The rare whip received an additional Blood-Ritual, where the whip was infused with the blood of several sacrifices for the Demon Lord. The very rare whip was made by the ruthless Warlock, greedy for power, who performed a third ritual to appease his master and his own sick mind. He captured and drowned new sacrifices in acid, and ripped out their spines afterwards to become part of the weapon. Magic Weapon. You have a bonus to attack and damage rolls while wielding this weapon. The bonus is determined by its rarity. Soul Rend. All neutral-aligned creatures may use this weapon as a standard whip.
