Weapon (spear), legendary (major) (requires attunement)

This weapon is a +3 spear, granted to the great crusader of the Ebon Crusaders for great deeds and services to the order. This spear is decorated in radiant symbols among the whole spear, plated in fine stainless steel all of the blade,wings, and socket, tip of the spear is made of gold making the whole part of the blade having a faint radiant aura around the blade. The shaft is made of steel but covered up by gold.

Charges This spear has 12 charges and recharges 1d12 times every dawn.

Holy Slayer When fighting fiends,aberrations or undead you can expend 1 charge to gain advantage on all attack rolls, saving throws, and deal an extra 2d8 radiant damage for 1 minute.

Aura of radianceAs an action, you can expend 3 charges and harness the faint radiance from the blade and create an aura of 10 ft and you gain the following effects for the next 1 minute: •Any fiends,aberrations or undead within the aura take 1d8 radiant damage every turn they are in the aura. •Any allies within the aura, gain an extra damage dice of whatever weapon they have but that damage dice counts as radiant damage. •Any Allies within the aura gains a +2 to their AC.

Heavenly DragonAs an action, you can expend 8 charges to conjure a spectral dragon in a 120 ft radius, glowing bright light in a 120 ft radius and dim light in another 120 ft radius, has hit points of 150, has an AC of 19, immunity to radiant damage and resistance to bludgeoning, slashing, piercing and necrotic damage, the dragon understands it's users language but cannot speak it, it takes the stats of a normal adult deep dragon but not legendary actions and resistances, with remade actions from the dragon, this dragon acts by it's user command, as a bonus action, the dragon can follow simple commands like, attack with (attack technique), (technique is below), follow, go there, defend this, defend yourself, or something that your DM agrees to be a "Simple command", if no command is given the dragon defends itself. The dragon is active for one minute and can be dismissed as a bonus action or is dismissed sooner if the dragon drops below 0 hit point. Attack techniques are below.

Holy Bite (For Dragon Only) As a bonus action, by your command the dragon bites one hostile creature within a 10 ft range, getting a +9 to hit, the dragon must beat the creature AC or the creature takes 2d10 +5 piercing damage and 1d10 radiant damage.

Heavenly Whip (For Dragon Only) As a bonus action by your command the dragon, tail whip a one target within a 15 ft range, getting a +9 to hit, the dragon must beat the creature AC or the creature takes 1d8 +5 radiant damage and must sucessed a DC 17 strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Radiant Breath (For Dragon Only) As a bonus action by your command the dragon exhales a cloud of bright sparkling light, in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 6d10 radiant damage, and is marked with sparkling light by the dragon for 1 minute, while marked each attack the dragon or user makes deals an additional damage dice and the DC to beat certain saves is increased by 1. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and does not become marked. A marked creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.

Destructive BlowAs an action, if you expend reach 0 charges willingly or unwillingly, the spear activate this ability, charging the spear with great holy energy, you can throw the spear up to 120 ft, on impact the spear blows up releasing powerful holy energy, any creature within 60 ft of the blast must make a DC 25 constitution to brute force the damage, on a fail the creature takes 15d6 radiant damage, any creature that drops below 0 hit points are disintegrated leaving behind only their gear that is of legendary rarity or higher, ( or something very important to the campaign) on a success they take half damage, any fiends,aberrations or undead have disadvantage on the save, once the radiant energy is discharged the spear is broken into 3 parts, the spear can be repaired by getting repaired by a master smith becoming a magical spear again but only retaining 1 ability from the spear but the destructive blow ability cannot be used, dropping to the rare rarity and you cannot use the other abilities again besides the ones picked unless you find another spear of the Ebon crusaders.
