The SRS99C-Series 2 fires 14.5×114mm rifle rounds, and its non-removable sight is capable of both a x5 and x10 optical zoom. It is only given to UNSC sharpshooter teams, and is intended to instantly take out high value targets and armored vehicles.

Night Vision Scope While benefiting from the scope property, you can see in dim light within 750 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of green.

Bipod As an action while you are prone or benefitting from half cover or three-quarters cover, you can extend a bipod. This weapons ranges extend 50 ft., you gain a +3 bonus on attack rolls with this weapon, and you must designate one cone with a range equal to your weapon's range. You can not make attacks with the rifle against targets outside of this cone, and may change the direction of this cone as an action. You may end these effects as an action.
