Potion, Uncommon (minor) This small tube of glue is a special substance that is inhaled through the olfactory system rather than ingested like a normal potion. Opening the potent tube, you will first get a whiff of the strong chemical odor, and no actual glue inside. This potion is used for people on the lower spectrum of intelligence achieve a feeling of happiness, though it can also lower the intelligence of smarter creatures and thus addict them that way. Sniffing glue is found in small, metallic enclosed tubes with a small nozzle for sniffing. These tubes can be found in many colors. Each tube has one use for one sniff, and takes 1 minute to fully consume. After you sniff this potion, your Intelligence score decreases permanently by 1, but it can be reversed by other magic items. For this effect to work, it must be sniffed directly, and diluting in the air or dissipating it around a room will not have any effect, but instead just empty the tube.
