Wondrous item, artifact (requires attunement)

When his followers needed guidance, Yaldabaoth cut one of his hearts out and cast it from the sky. The heart plummeted to the ground, and after the impact was recovered by people, aiding them in their battles over their freedom and independence. Other gods and dieties blessed the heart, expanding upon it's potential even more. Great power is closed within the heart, but also tremendous strength is needed to wield it. Fleshy and big, with a multitude of tentacles and tendrils, open and closed blood vessels, and still beating heart is a sight to behold, especially when it burrows deep within the chest cavity of its chosen champion. The heart have 10 charges, and regain all expended charges at dawn.

Attunement. The Heart allows you to attune to it immediately, without having to take a short rest. The first time you attune to the heart, it crawls into your chest, connecting to your bloodstream beside your normal heart. When it happens, you are subjected to a multitude of changes, and neither magic nor divine intervention can reverse this transformation, as long as you are attuned to the heart. The heart can break your attunement at any time it deems right, emerging from your chest without harming you, at which point the transformation can be reversed by greater restoration spell or wish spell. You cannot willingly end your attunement to the heart, least it allows you to. You gain the following traits:
