The Bakiraka are a clan of Kushan assassins banished from their homeland for transgressions against the great Emperor Ganishka comprised of the thin man, the frog, the imp, the javelin thrower, the woman, the four Tapasa, and their leader Silat. They have a strict moral code banning taking pleasure in assassination. Silat, the "young lord" of the Bakiraka is a proud, ambitious man. While his fighting style has often been mocked as being too flashy, even resembling a circus performer at times, he is an incredibly skilled combatant. In terms of true human soldiers, he is only outdone by Guts. |
