Weapon (shortsword), rare (requires attunement)

A grip of fine silk, a blade of wrought black steel, and a crossguard emblazoned with a large jeweled eye, always looking towards its targets. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls with this weapon.
Sightseeker has 7 charges, and regains 1d6 + 1 expended charges daily at dusk. When you hit a creature with Sightseeker, you may spend a charge and force them to make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they become blinded for the next minute. At the start of their turn, they may reattempt the saving throw, ending the effect on a success.
