Shinobi Gauntlet (Shinobi World Supplement)
From D&D Wiki
Wondrous Item, Common (requires attunement) Developed after the Fourth Shinobi World War, the shinobi gauntlet allows a user to seal jutsu into miniature scrolls, and cast said scrolls with ease. When you cast a jutsu that is not taijutsu while wearing and attuned to a gauntlet, you can instead create a cartridge. Cartridges count as scrolls for how many you can have at any given moment (equal to your Intelligence modifier if you can not cast fuinjutsu). If a cartridge is destroyed or unsealed outside of a gauntlet, the jutsu does not activate. You may cast a jutsu that has been turned into a cartridge for half as much chakra while wearing and attuned to a gauntlet, and you do not need to know the jutsu or be able to use its chakra nature. A cartridge is destroyed after its first use. |
