Wondrous item, rare An elegant shawl made of extremely fine silk and woven with threads of magic. You gain these benefits while wearing the shawl: You gain a +1 bonus to your AC. Your Charisma score is 19, or increases by +1, whichever is higher. You can cast comprehend languages at will as an action. You can cast charm person once. Once you cast charm person in this way, you can't cast it again until the next dawn. If you have 1st-level spell slots, you may use your spell slots to cast the spell as if it were in your spell list.
