Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement)

An organic eyeball preserved in a jar, or pulled out of a persons skull. Instead of a colored center with a pupil, this eyes center is completely red, with one black tomoe mark orbiting the pupil. The amount of tomoe will change with the strength of the user.

The eye is comprised more of energy than biomass, so it can be preserved as long as it is kept in any type of closed container with water inside. In order to attune to the item, you must have some kind of energy point system. Examples include chakra, ki, nen, and cursed energy. In order to attune to the item, you must have a creature with proficiency in medicine surgically implant it into one of your eye sockets, becoming blind in that eye for 1d4 days, after which you will gain all of the features from the Path of Hatred that you meet the level requirement of, and will begin to gain the features as you begin to meet the level requirements.
