Ambusher. The sea sprite has advantage on attack rolls against any creature it has surprised.

Amphibious. The sea sprite can breathe air and water.

Elemental Color. The sea sprite is blue, red, or yellow. If the sea sprite is blue, it has immunity to cold damage, deals cold damage with its bite and Elemental Shot, and has vulnerability to lightning damage. If the sea sprite is red, it has immunity to fire damage, deals fire damage with its bite and Elemental Shot, and has vulnerability to cold damage. If the sea sprite is yellow, it has immunity to lightning damage, deals lightning damage with its bite and Elemental Shot, and has vulnerability to fire damage.
The sea sprite can change its color as a bonus action.

Pack Tactics. The sea sprite has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the sea sprite's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage and 7 (2d6) damage of the type determined by its color.

Elemental Shot (Recharge 6). Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 90 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (4d8) damage of the type determined by its color.
