Large fiend (heartless), chaotic evil Armor Class 19 (natural armor)
Saving Throws Str +11, Con +11 Heated Spiky Body. A creature that touches the Scorching Sphere or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it takes 5 (1d10) piercing damage and 5 (1d10) fire damage. ACTIONSMultiattack. The scorching sphere makes three slam attacks. Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (1d12 + 5) bludgeoning damage, 9 (2d8) piercing damage and 7 (2d6) fire damage. Spike Spin (Recharge 6). The scorching sphere rapidly spins and moves up to its speed without provoking opportunity attacks. During this move, it can enter Large or smaller creatures' spaces. A creature whose space the scorching sphere enters must make a DC 17 Strength saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 27 (5d10) bludgeoning damage, 27 (5d10) piercing damage and 16 (3d10) fire damage, and becomes stunned until the end of their next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't stunned.
