Weapon (Spear), artifact (Requires attunement by someone with draconic ancestry)

This spear was built by the Platinum Dragon himself, made from his scales. It shines in direct sunlight and seems to glow slightly in the darkness. Ever since the Great Dragon War which split the chromatic and metallic dragons, the Spear was lost, causing the Silver Dragons to search for their long-lost weapon. They believe no human should wield the weapon, and are hostile to anyone holding it who isn't a metallic dragon.
