Sarushian Isles (Shard Ne'Vaal Supplement)

From D&D Wiki

These isles are considered a fractured tail of Himmländ. Due to their culture differences and the fragmentation, they are considered their own region entirely, and consist of wildly different peoples. Despite that, they have very distinct and strictly separate identities and even some united fronts which have aided in their independence throughout history from invading forces.

The island nation of Dalaga is that of an old, highly spiritual population of people. This population consisted primarily of dwarves from Himmland, as well as humans, gnomes, elves, and a majority of the planet's kalashtar population. They are known for having been the first nation where shades and revenants were also sighted, adding to the mysterious stories about these frozen isles and the mystic culture. Dalagans are highly spiritual, though not overtly religious. Towards the end of the False Dawn, two large families rose to prominence in Dalaga and were on the verge of civil war.
