Rushing Parry (3.5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
Rushing Parry [General, Fighter, Maneuver]
Prerequisite: Str 15
Benefit: Once per day, you may make a parry attempt against an attack made against you with a melee weapon without range. When you parry, you make an opposed attack roll against your attacker's attack roll. If your roll result equals or exceeds your attacker's, you may attempt to initiate a bull rush. If that succeeds, you push your opponent back 5 ft. and he loses all his remaining attacks for the round.
To be able to use the benefits of Rushing Parry, you must wield a two-handed or double weapon.
Special: A fighter may select Rushing Parry as one of his fighter bonus feats. A ruffian may choose Overbear as one of his Ruffian brawling maneuvers.
