Wondrous item, Rare (minor) (must be attuned to the "Rune of II" and the "Rune of III") These strange Rune stones were said to be crafted by a potent greater god of the multiverse who had an interesting obsession with space, time and numbers. Power IV. During combat, once a day, the player can perform this ability of "Power of IV" meaning as a bonus action when he performs a basic melee attack he can choose to either multiply total damage by 4 or to divide the enemies AC by 4 but rounded up and until the player's next turn. |
