Wondrous item, Uncommon (minor) (This stone can be activated by itself but when placed in a Runic necklace is needed to activate the great Runic Number stones.) This stone can be activated once a day to multiply the damage of a standard attack by II or divide an enemy's AC by 2. Power of II During combat, once a day, the player can perform this ability of "Power of II" meaning as a bonus action when he performs a basic melee attack he can choose to either multiply total damage by 2 or to divide the enemies AC by 2 but rounded up until the player's next turn. |
