Wondrous item, Rare (Minor) (can only be attuned to the player when used as a necklace and the player can only be attuned to a maximum of four stones on his Runic necklace.) These strange Rune stones were said to be crafted by a potent greater god of the multiverse who had an interesting obsession with space, time and numbers. Power of III. During combat, once a day, the player can perform this ability of "Power of III" meaning as a bonus action when he performs a basic melee attack he can choose to either multiply total damage by 3 or to divide the enemies AC by 3 but rounded up until the player's next turn. |
