The weapon's to hit DC is 3 + the wielder's strength modifier Rune Slash Once per short rest, as a bonus action if the wielder has hit a target then a rune will be applied to Rune Breaker and the wielder can cast one of 4 spells as if they we're being used in a 6th level spell slot Lighting Bolt, Magic Missile, Shatter, Toll The Dead (DC 16 spell save) Damage 2d12 Slashing Damage |
