Saving Throws Dex +9, Con +19, Cha +12 Regeneration. The ruler regains 30 hit points at the start of his turn if he has at least 1 hit point. Magic Weapons. The ruler's weapon attacks are magical. Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the ruler fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead. Ultimate Warrior. The ruler doubles his proficiency bonus for weapon attack bonuses and also adds it to the weapon's damage. ACTIONSMultiattack. The ruler makes four melee attacks and uses his Ancient Power if he can. Action Name. Melee Weapon Attack: +28 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 47 (8d6 + 19) slashing damage. Ancient Power (Recharge 5-6). Until the end of the ruler's next turn, he has advantage on all attack rolls and saving throws. The next time the ruler is hit by a damaging attack, that attack deals 9 (2d8) less damage.
LEGENDARY ACTIONSThe ruler can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The ruler regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn. Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The ruler makes a greatsword attack. |
