A coin made when gods and demigods reigned supreme. A true weapon of destruction.
Weapons of the Ancients. As an action, a creature attuned to this weapon may flip the coin and transform it into either a lance or gladius made of imperial gold. You may transform the weapon back to a coin as a bonus action. A coin with this property is uncommon.
Searing Gold. In addition to the above property, the gold of Very Rare versions of this item are capable of vaporizing monsters and humanoids. On a hit with this weapon, even if it is being used as an improvised weapon while in its coin form, you deal an additional 4d6 fire damage.
