This rod has 5 charges and the following properties.

Impressiveness. While holding the rod, you can use an action to alter your appearance and voice by means of illusion. While so transformed, you appear 25% larger than you really are, and your voice can carry clearly for up to 300 feet. The transformation persists until you use a bonus action to dispel it.
Spells. While holding the rod, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges to cast enthrall (save DC 15) or suggestion (save DC 15) from it.

The rod regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn.
