Ring of the Evil Eye (5e Equipment)

Ring, rare (requires attunement) This ring is adorned with a blue and white bead in the form of a stylized eye. As an action, you may point the ring and say its command word; doing so causes the bead to begin emitting a blue glow and start floating in the direction you indicated. The bead moves 10 feet per round, has 6 hit points and an AC of 12. It continues moving forward until destroyed or unable to move, at which point it reappears on the ring. While the bead is in motion, you can see through it; when you cast a spell, you may choose to have it originate from the bead instead of you. You must complete a long rest to use this item again.
