Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement)

A simple silver ring with a clear blue gem, it glows with old elven runes when activated.

Blade Pairing. You can pair one weapon with the ring of bladewarping by performing a special ritual while you hold the weapon. You perform the ritual over the course of 1 hour, which can be done during a short rest. This weapon ceases being paired with the ring if you perform the 1-hour ritual on a different weapon, or if you use a 1-hour ritual to break the ring's bond with it.

Blade Calling. As a bonus action, you can instantaneously summon the ring of bladewarping's paired weapon to your hand, so long as it's on the same plane of existence as you.

Blade Warp. As a bonus action, you can touch an incapcatitated or willing creature and cause it to exchange places with the ring of bladewarping's paired weapon, so long as the paired weapon is on the same plane of existence as the target creature. Until the start of your next turn, a creature teleported this way has advantage on the next attack roll it makes so long as it doesn't move.
