Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement) This snow-white hooded cloak is covered in icy fleece that shimmers as bright as the moonlit sky. While you are wearing this cloak, you have a +2 bonus to your AC, gain advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks, and are not affected by extreme cold temperatures. The cloak has 20 charges and regains 1d8 + 3 expended charges daily at dawn. Permafrost Shield. While wearing this cloak, you are immune to cold damage and have resistance to fire damage. In addition, whenever you take fire damage, you may use your reaction and expend 10 charges to gain immunity to that damage type for 1 hour. Bittercold. While wearing this cloak, you may use a bonus action and expend 2 charges to create a small blizzard around yourself to a radius of 15 feet. This area is treated as difficult terrain. Any creature that enters this area for the first time on its turn or starts its turn there takes cold damage equal to your proficiency bonus + your spellcasting modifier. Frozen Consumption. While wearing this cloak, whenever you deal cold damage, you can expend 1 charge to regain a number of hit points equal to half the cold damage dealt. Wrath of the Cold. While wearing this cloak, as a bonus action, you can expend 5 charges to imbue your attacks with lethal cold. For 1 minute, all your weapon attacks deal additional 6d6 cold damage, and all spells that deal cold damage deal 3d6 additional cold damage. Frozen Bastion. As an action, you can expend 5 charges to cast the cone of cold spell or the wall of ice spell without needing material components.
