Reaper's Judgement (5e Equipment)

Weapon (Scythe), Legendary (Requires Atunement) Reaper's Judgement is a black scythe, about 5 feet long, with a handle made of some mysterious wood. The blade is made of an unidentifiable material, and shimmers with an ethereal glow. While attuned to the item, you gain the following benefits: Reaping. When you kill a creature with this scythe, you gain 1 Soul. You can expend 1 Soul as a reaction to deal an extra 2d6 Necrotic damage when you hit a creature with this scythe. You can expend 2 Souls as a bonus action to teleport up to 60 feet away. You can expend 5 Souls as an action to grant yourself a flying speed equal to your walking speed for 8 hours. Marked for death. As a bonus action, you can mark a creature within 60 feet. Marked creatures take an extra 3d6 Necrotic damage from this scythe, and grant 5 souls upon death. You can mark a creature once, regaining this feature at midnight.
