Raven Wings
Prerequisites: Dex 14, No flying speed
Ethereal black wings made of magic can be materialized from your back with a bonus action. You gain a fly speed of 30 feet when your wings are materialized.
Once per day you may fully extend your wings making a ranged spell attack roll to send spectral feathers at up to 3 creatures of your choice as long as they are within 60ft of you. The selected creatures must succeed a Dexterity saving throw (DC=8 + your Charisma modifier) or take 1d4 necrotic damage.
