Quarr's Magnifying Glass (5e Equipment)

Wondrous Item (Magnifying glass), artifact (Requires attunement)
The Magnifying Glass of Quarr, a multiverse-renowned adventurer and investigator, is rumored to be created by Tharuth, god of knowledge, the unknown and the arcane.
Watchfull Eye. While attuned to the Magnifying Glass you gain proficiency in Perception and Investigation. If you were already proficientin them, instead you gain Expertise in them.
Nothing can hide. While attuned to the Magnifying Glass you gain +5 to passive perception and pereption checks.
Uncovering the unseen. While attuned to the Magnifying Glass you gain advantage when trying to see through an illusion.
I see everything. Once per day you can use an action to instantly become aware of any traps, spells, magic items, secret passages and hidden objects or creatures within 120 feet of you.
A little hot in here. Once per day you can use your action to focus light through the lense of the Magnifying Glass in an attemt to burn your enemies. A creature within 30 feet must make a DC 21 Dexterity Saving Throw or take 2d6 fire and 2d6 radiant damage, or half as much on a succesfull save.
Spells. The Magnifying Glass has 5 charges that can be used to cast Locate Creature, Locate Object, Arcane Eye or See Invisibility without using a spell slot or spell components. At the end of a short or long rest the Magnifying Glass regains one charge. Aditionally once per day you can cast True Seeing without using a spell slot or spell components costing you 2 charges.
Random Properties. The Quarr's Magnifying Glass has the following random properties:
- 2 minor beneficial properties
- 2 major beneficial properties
- 1 minor detrimental property
Destroying the Quarr's Magnifying Glass. It is rumored that Quarr's Magnifying Glass can't be destroyed by any being in the universe, even deities, unless they 'possess the blood of Tharuth'.
