Weapon (warhammer), very rare (requires attunement)

A stone warhammer wielded by the Millwood Knights, with a head of naturally-formed stone. The Knights of Millwood would fight hand-in-hand with the earth itself, and this weapon, among the oldest in Millwood, is symbolic of that relationship.

A hammerhead that looks as though it were torn directly from the earth rests along a steel rod that fits right into the earthen head. At certain points on the rod, there are portions that are covered in dirtied rags where one would put their hands to wield the warhammer. This magical weapon has a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls.

Quake. When you attune to this weapon, memories of the Millwood Knights who wielded this weapon before you flood your mind, teaching you a fighting stance these warriors were once adept at using. As an attack action, you can burrow the head of the hammer into the ground with a violent slam, and use a action to upheave the hammer in an explosion of earth that sounds like a mighty warcry. Creatures within 15 feet of you must make a DC 16 Strength saving throw, taking 4d8 bludgeoning damage and being knocked prone if they are Large or smaller, or half as much and remaining standing upon a success.
