Class Features[edit]
All of the following are class features of the Psychostazi Enforcer.
Manifesting: At first, third, fourth, sixth, seventh, ninth, and tenth, levels you gain power points per day, an increase in manifester level, and new powers as if you had also gained a level in a manifesting class to which you belonged before adding the prestige class level. You do not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained. If you had more than one manifesting class before becoming a Psychostazi Enforcer , you must decide to which class to add each level for the purpose of determining powers, manifester level, and powers known. Add the following powers to the power list for any class you take levels in (you may choose these powers when you gain access to a new power, whether your class normally has access to it or not).
1st— Prescience, Offensive, Precognition, Offensive, Precognition, Defensive, Bolt[1].
2nd—Read Thoughts, Mental Disruption, Energy Push, Wall Walker, Body Adjustment, Chameleon, Cloud Mind[2], Inflict Pain[3].
3rd— Energy Bolt, Empathic Transfer, Hostile, Time Hop[4], Psionic Blast[5]
4th—Truevenom Weapon, Weapon of Energy, Inertial Barrier, Death Urge[6], Mindwipe[7]
5th— Fiery Discorporation, Catapsi[8]
Sneak Attack: At first level and every three levels thereafter (fourth, seventh, and tenth), a Psychostazi Enforcer gains an extra 1d6 to her existing sneak attack bonus (for +2d6 at levl four, +3d6 at 7 and +4d6 at 10).
Blaster Pistol(Ps): Starting at first level, a Psychostazi Enforcer gains the ability to use a Psychostazi Blaster Pistol to channel her psionic abilities to deal additional damage to enemies. You may, as a full attack action, fire both of your Blaster Pistols, at the same time expending power points to manifest the used power twice. Both shots deal 2d4 damage (treat this as the base weapon damage for crits and such) plus the damage of the power manifested. The following powers are available to use with this ability; Energy Ray, Energy Push, and Energy Bolt, with Energy Bolt you may attack each creature in a line, up to one range increment away, with a -2 penalty added after each target attacked, and a 50% chance to continue after a miss. 3 times per day you may fire both these shots augmented to the full amount available for free. at 3rd level and every 3 levels thereafter, she may do this one more time per day. When she gains access to the power level that Energy Push and Energy Bolt are available at, she automatically adds them to her powers known. A Psychostazi Enforcer without her pistols loaded may still use this ability, however her shots deal 1d4 base damage instead of the normal 2d4.
Mental Disruption Grenade(Ps): Starting at second level, a Psychostazi Enforcer gets one Mental Disruption Grenade per day. This grenade acts similar to the power of the same name, Mental Disruption, except that is has a thrown range increment of 5 feet, a radius of 15 feet, and effects everyone in its area of effect. At fifth level, and every three levels thereafter she gains another grenade per day. These grenades use a DC as though they were augmented with the maximum number of power points; however there radius does not increase.
Quick Draw (Ex): Gained as a bonus feat at second level, allowing the Psychostazi Enforcer to be ready at a moments notice, or throw a grenade before drawing in the same round.
Cross Load (Ex): A Psychostazi Enforcer has mastered the art of reloading with a Blaster Pistol in each hand, allowing her to reload both of her pistols as a move action.
Camouflage (Ex): A Psychostazi Enforcer of 4th level or higher can use the Hide skill in any sort of terrain, even if the terrain doesn’t grant cover or concealment.
Improved Cross Load (Ex): A Psychostazi Enforcer has mastered the art of reloading with a Blaster Pistol in each hand, and may now reload and fire at her full rate with a pistol in each hand.
Hide in Plain Sight (Ex): While in any sort of terrain, a Psychostazi Enforcer of 8th level or higher can use the Hide skill even while being observed.
The epic Psychostazi Enforcer gains a bonus feat (selected from the list of epic Psychostazi Enforcer feats) every 3 levels after the first.
Epic Psychostazi Enforcer Bonus Feat List: SRD:Combat Archery, SRD:Dexterous Fortitude, SRD:Dexterous Will, SRD:Instant Reload, SRD:Epic Reflexes, SRD:Great Dexterity, SRD:Reflect Arrows, SRD:Self-Concealment, SRD:Uncanny Accuracy, SRD:Sneak Attack of Opportunity, (please, feel free to add more if you see any that you think are appropriet.)
Ex-Psychostazi Enforcer[edit]
A Psychostazi Enforcer who ceases to be lawful evil/neutral loses her inertial armor ability, her blaster pistol shots per day, and her mental disruption grenades per day and may no longer take levels in Psychostazi Enforcer. She regains her abilities and advancement potential if she atones for her violations (see the atonement spell description), as appropriate.
Campaign Information[edit]

If a Psychostazi Enforcer gets an extra pistol, they both get the Psychostazi Enforcer's shots per day -1. A Psychostazi Enforcer may not get shots for more than 2 pistols.
Psychostazi Enforcers in the World[edit]
“ | we are like the police, except we usually don't take prisoners, and the prisoners are always 'guilty' | ” |
A Psychostazi Enforcer is usually an enforcer of the laws of the underdark. A Psychostazi Enforcer encountered elsewere has been sent by her city to hunt for rogue drow (or whatever reason you come up with, feel free to add them here).
NPC Reactions: Most comoners of your race will fear these brutal enforcers, though they will tolerate and help them. Rogue drow (or whatever) will either attack or flee, since the job of the Psychostazi Enforcer is to kill or capture them.
Psychostazi Enforcers in the Game[edit]
A Psychostazi Enforcer is usually an enforcer of the laws of her city of origin. A Psychostazi Enforcer encountered elsewerehas probably been sent by her city to hunt for rogue drow (or whatever reason you come up with, feel free to add them here).
Adaptation: The Psychostazi Enforcer hunts rogue drow. if you have any drow in your party who is not average (think Drizzt) you could conceivably be attacked by a Psychostazi Enforcer or three.
Sample Encounter: If th DM wishes to use this as an NPC, just use the original.
EL whatever: Just use the NPC class.
