Wondrous item, Rare This device, which resembles a bronze spyglass with several interchangeable coloured lenses, can be used to alter the damage type of any magical spell that passes through it. Choose from the following damage types: Cold, Lightning, Poison, Fire, Radiant, Force, Necrotic. After use, roll 1d20 - on a roll equal to the level of the spell cast or below, the internal arcane components are burnt out and must be replaced. |
