Potion of Squeaky Voice (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Potion, common This concoction looks, smells, and tastes like a potion of healing or other beneficial potion. However, it is actually a rather useless concoction that is usually produced by mistake when trying to make true potions. An identify spell reveals its true nature. A character who drinks the magical fluid in this vial has their voice altered to be unrecognizably high and squeaky. This effect lasts for 2d4+1 hours. Drinking or administering a potion takes an action. |

A commercial version of this product is commonly produced and sold in joke shops or as a fun-making product by apothecaries. In this form, it is a clear colored potion with a vanilla scent and flavor. The potion's texture is smooth and can easily mix with other drinks, making it useful for pranks. It can cause a severe sore throat if its effects persist over 3 hours, rendering the drinker unable to speak until the end of their next long rest.
