Potion of Orcafacation (5e Equipment)

Potion, rare A cylindrical metal can with the label 'ORCJUCE' scribbled on it containing creamy light pink fluid. One minute after consumption of the fluid, you begin to feel quite sick causing you to vomit out 3 half-orcs of your race, all of them being fully grown and your exact size. The orcs consider you to be their father/mother and will follow you around. If the can is left open for too long 3 random half-orcs just explode out of it.
