Potion, rare
This potion's liquid changes colours and patterns constantly. When you drink this potion, an effect occurs. The GM can choose an effect from the following table, determine it randomly, or create an effect.

You are reduced to 0 hit points.

You are sent to a randomly chosen plane of existence.

You take 1d4 fire damage and harmless embers spew out of your mouth for 1d10 minutes.

You gain the benefits of a water breathing spell.

You become 20 percent heavier for 1d12 hours.

You become 20 percent lighter for 1d12 hours.

1d20 frogs appear in your stomach, which attempt to leave the body through the throat. You must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, you take 1 bludgeoning damage for each frog. On a successful save, you count as having eaten all you need for 1 day.

You must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be transformed into a rat, as if you had failed a saving throw against the polymorph spell.

You regain 2d10 hit points.

10 |
You gain the benefits of the goodberry spell.

You are blinded until the end of your next turn.
|
12 |
You cast chromatic orb, using Charisma as your spellcasting ability.

You grow 1d4 + 1 inches taller for 2d6 days.

You become 1d4 + 1 inches shorter for 1d4 minutes.

15 |
You become invisible for 1 minute, or until you attack or cast a spell.

All your hair falls out. It grows back in 3d4 hours.

Your hair doubles in length for 1d12 days. If you have no hair, you grow a 2-foot-long ponytail.

You gain the benefits of a death ward spell for 1 minute.

19 |
You cast the enhance ability spell on yourself. To determine the ability score, roll a d6 and assign an ability score to each die face.

20 |
You begin to levitate, as if you had cast the levitate spell on yourself.
