Huge swarm of Medium fiends (heartless, shapechanger), chaotic evil Armor Class 18 (natural armor)
Proficiency Bonus +3 Shapechanger. The pot centipede can use its action to polymorph into a group of porcelain pots or back into its true, spider like form. Its statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies. False Appearance (Object Form Only). While the pot centipede remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from a group of porcelain pots. Fuse. If the pot centipede is within 5 feet of a pot spider it can merge the pot spider into itself, no action required. If a pot spider merges into the pot centipede, the pot centipede regains 26 hit points. ACTIONSMultiattack. While the pot centipede has more than 100 hit points remaining, it makes three attacks. While it has 50 to 100 hit points, it makes two attacks. Tackle. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (4d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage, or 11 (2d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage if the pot centipede has half of its hit points or fewer. Spider Legs. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (4d6 + 4) piercing damage, or 11 (2d6 + 4) piercing damage if the pot centipede has half of its hit points or fewer.
