Weapon (Any Scepter or Staff), legendary The Portal Scepter is a long, black pole with two curved blades protruding from the end and a spearhead at the tip. The welder is able to use the Portal Scepter to create temporary portals to places the welder has been too, can see, or have seen. The portals can be interdimensional, are circles or ovals, and have a maximum radius of 7.5 feet. Only 5 sets of portals from one Portal Scepter can exist at once. The Scepter functions as a magic weapon , with its blades dealing 1D8+1 slashing or 1D8+1 piercing, depending on how it is being used. |
