Weapon (Flamethrower), Artifact

An acient construction made out of wood, adamantine and large gemstones of pale colors. Magic crystal inside the construction gives it an ability to shoot flames. This weapon's flames seem to be the most dangerous the flames can get, annihilating everything on the way.

Divine Tool. Photoviscerator is a magic weapon that grants +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls. Photoviscerator's damage is 2d12 fire + 1d12 radiant and the weight is 20 lbs. Photoviscerator's attacks can go through one enemy, so if there is another target in the way - it will hit both.

Divine Extermination. With your action, you can use Photoviscerator to spread flames in a 20ft cone. Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw or take the Photoviscerator's normal damage.

Divine Disintegration. With your action, you can use Photoviscerator to shoot a blazing sphere that will explode in a 5ft sphere radius on impact. Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take 8d8 fire damage. This sphere can only travel 80ft and will disappear if it didn't hit anything.
