Permanent Potion of Water Breathing (5e Equipment)

Potion, Very Rare Design Note: This item uses the Permanent Potions homebrew ruleset. You can breathe underwater indefinitely after you drink this potion. It's cloudy liquid smells like fish, even when the container it's in (Assuming a normal glass container) is sealed and shouldn't release an odor. However, effects that prevent spells from being cast stop this effect from working temporarily as long as your are under that effect (after the end of which the effect returns at the start of your next turn), and effects that end spells such as dispel magic disable the effect until the end of your next turn.
