Permanent Potion of Climbing (5e Equipment)

Potion, Rare Design Note: This item uses the Permanent Potions homebrew ruleset. When you drink this potion, you gain a climbing speed equal to your walking speed indefinitely. While this effect is active, you have advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks made to climb. The potion is separated into different layers resembling bands of earthen material of the DM's choice. Shaking the bottle fails to mix the colors. Any effect that prevents spells from being cast disables this effect while you are affected by it, but the effects of the potion return after that disabling effect ends at the start of your next turn.
