Permanent Potion of Clairvoyance (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Potion, Legendary When you drink this potion, you gain the ability to cast the clairvoyance spell at will indefinitely. An eyeball (Of a kind the DM chooses) visibly bobs in this liquid but vanishes when the potion is opened. If the spell is dispelled, this does not end your ability to cast it again. Casting the spell this way does not require spell slots, but other requirements of the spell must be met, except for material components. Any individual casting of the spell from this effect still requires concentration, but can be kept indefinitely as long as concentration is held and an outside source does not end the spell.
