Pentazemin (Metal Gear Supplement)

From D&D Wiki
Jump to navigation Jump to search

Pentazemin is a relatively common combat drug, especially among snipers, which acts as an anti-anxiety and muscle relaxant. As a bonus action, a creature may ingest a pentazemin capsule, causing ranged attacks against targets within the weapon's long range to not have disadvantage until the end of their next turn, and they lose the frightened condition.

When a creature consumes a pentazemin capsule, they must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is now addicted to the item. All ranged attacks have disadvantage while addicted to pentazemin and not under its effects. A creature suffering pentazemin addiction may attempt a DC 20 Constitution saving throw at the end of each day they do not take pentazemin. On a success, they lose their addiction.
