Wondrous item, uncommon A swirly pebble that has a similar color scheme to an Oreo. Upon eating this pebble all food you eat for the next hour has no effect upon you, this includes poisoned foods or rotten foods. All foods eaten are consumed by the pebble allowing you to eat insane amounts of food within the hour. If you have more than one of these pebbles each day however, the pebble will start to consume your fat and muscles as food giving you 2 levels of exhaustion. |
